ItnaDeals operates an online marketplace for offers supplied by participating merchants. The merchant is responsible for delivering the product or service described in an offer, while ItnaDeals provides discovery, order, voucher and support tools.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report unauthorized account activity. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse or violations of these terms.
3. Offers and vouchers
Each offer may include availability dates, booking requirements, quantity limits and merchant-specific conditions. A voucher must be valid, paid where required and not previously redeemed.
4. Orders and payment
Prices and payment status are shown before confirmation. An order may remain pending until the selected payment method is verified. Payment processing may also be subject to the provider’s terms.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility depends on the offer terms, redemption status, payment state and applicable law. Submit a cancellation request from the order dashboard or support center.
6. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate offer information, honor valid vouchers, comply with applicable rules and maintain enough capacity to fulfil approved deals.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content or manipulate vouchers, reviews, referrals or payments.
8. Changes and availability
We may improve features or update these terms. Material changes should be posted on this page. Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.
