We collect account details such as name, email, phone and password hash; order, voucher and payment-status records; merchant deal and payout information; reviews, support messages and basic technical logs.
How we use information
Information is used to operate accounts, complete orders, issue vouchers, process merchant operations, prevent misuse, provide support, send selected notifications and improve marketplace performance.
Payments
Payment providers may collect transaction information under their own privacy policies. ItnaDeals stores transaction references and status needed to reconcile orders, but should not store full card details.
Sharing
Relevant order details may be shared with the merchant fulfilling an offer. Information may also be shared with payment, messaging, hosting or legal service providers only as needed to operate the service or meet lawful obligations.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. We use access controls, hashed passwords, secure sessions and transport encryption when configured on the hosting environment.
Your choices
Signed-in users can manage email, SMS and in-app notification preferences. You may contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain.
