Before redemption
You may request cancellation from your dashboard while an eligible order is pending or confirmed and the voucher has not been redeemed. Approval depends on the offer terms and merchant fulfilment status.
After redemption
A redeemed voucher is normally not cancellable. If the merchant did not deliver the described offer, create a support ticket with the order number and relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
Approved refunds
When a paid cancellation is approved, the order may show refund pending while the payment provider processes it. Processing time depends on the payment method and provider.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
Open a support ticket promptly and provide the order number and transaction reference. Do not include card passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
