How do I use a deal?
Create an account, purchase the deal and wait for payment confirmation when required. Open your dashboard to show the active voucher to the merchant.
Where is my voucher?
Customer vouchers are listed with each order in the dashboard. A voucher activates after the order reaches the required payment status.
Can I cancel an order?
Eligible unredeemed orders include a cancellation form in the dashboard. Requests are reviewed and their status is sent by notification.
How does a merchant join?
Select “Join as merchant,” complete registration and wait for administrator approval. Once active, sign in through the normal login page to access the merchant dashboard.
How do merchant payouts work?
The merchant dashboard shows the available balance and lets an approved merchant request payout by the enabled method. Administrators then mark the request paid or rejected.
How will support reply?
Replies appear inside your ticket. If enabled, you will also receive email, SMS and in-app notifications.
